Members of Donegal Youth Choir had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at this year’s Electric Picnic on the Music Generation stage last Saturday. Accompanied by their conductor Sara Laughlin, the choir joined young singers from Laois, Carlow and Offaly/Westmeath to form the 85 strong ‘One Voice’ choir hosted by Music Generation, Ireland’s National Music Education Programme. They gave three fantastic performances on Saturday before heading off to the main stage area to see Hozier, Bombay Bicycle Club and Paolo Nutine.
