This Saturday, August 9 marks the 40th anniversary celebrations of CLG Naomh Ultan, which will include the Killaghtee Youth Pipe Band reunion.

Over 50 former members will be performing together for the first time in 25 years.

A busy schedule is in store, with displays of underage football, presentations for the first Naomh Ultan Championship team, planting of the celebratory tree, blessing of the ground, displays from the reunited Killaghtee Pipe Band and the Ardaghey Pipe Band and traditional Irish music to name a few happenings.

The bands will play at the Naomh Ultan GAA park at 7pm and will parade through the town immediately afterwards.

The Donegal game will also be shown. Timetables for the day will be on display in local shops throughout the week. The club has asked the people of the parish could display the club colours to mark the celebration. All are very welcome to attend this celebration of the club.
