The First World War and its impact on Donegal is being delivered by the Monreagh Heritage Centre in a number of venues across Donegal.

They will focus on the involvement of people from Donegal in World War I and look at their personal stories as well as a broad overview of the events of World War I.

An estimated 8,000 men and women from Donegal were involved in World War I, around 1,200 from Donegal lost their lives in the conflict.

These events are free of charge.
