Crana Fest, a two-day event for all disciplines of kayaking - sea, lough and river from Grade 2 to Grade 4 - is taking place in the Buncrana area this weekend, with events in Lough Swilly and the Crana River.
This exciting event is now in its ninth year.
It's open to all abilites and attracts participants from all over the world.

There's a variety of skill sessions with top coaches from all over Ireland and the UK.
Over the years Crana Fest's reputation has grown and attracted paddlers from all over the world to experience the event.
Many who attend return year after year to enjoy the craic and the experience of the entire event weekend.
Some continue their stay to enjoy the Wild Atlantic Way.
The Crana Fest weekend package includes entry to races, 2 x coach-led sessions and a goodie bag including an event T-shirt with prizes for winners. Attendees must book at least 2 weeks in advance to get their t-shirt in the welcome pack!
