An Irish singer-songwriter, musician, producer, recording artist and activist has just released a youtube cover of the classic Neil Young song "Heart of Gold" which was filmed in Donegal's Glengesh Pass.
Wexford based Jimi Cullen's music has a refreshing and often uplifting sound which blends elements as varied as folk, rock, country, reggae, spoken word and much more.
Commenting on his latest video, he said it was "recorded live (in one take) on the side of a mountain in the hills of Donegal, at a beautiful location known as Glengesh Pass, this is my interpretation of the Neil Young classic Heart Of Gold."
His music was once described as "what you might get if Bob Dylan had a baby with John Prine and fostered it out to Neil Young and Woody Guthrie!'
