Two sessions which will offer help to migrants on issues such as employment, work permits and visas are due to take place in Donegal.

The free sessions will also offer help and support on discrimination and mistreatment at work.

They are being held in the Central Library, Letterkenny. The first session will be on Thursday, September 20 from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. The second will then take place the next day, on Friday, September 21 from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon.

Everyone is welcome.

These sessions are being held as part of a wider support service which is run by the Migrant Rights Centre Ireland (MRCI).

Founded in 2001, MRCI works for justice, empowerment and equality for migrant workers and for their families.

It provides free and confidential advice, support and information on immigration and employment issues. There are also action groups that campaign for migrant rights, workers’ rights and a more just society for all.

More information on MRCI as well as updates on events and campaigns can be found on the Migrant Rights Centre Ireland – MRCI Facebook page.
