Electricity repair crews in Donegal are out in force as the aftermath of Storm Hector continues to cause disruption to many people's lives.
Around 1,500 premises in the county are understood to be without power this afternoon.
One of the worst hit areas is around Ballyshannon and Ballintra with over 800 customers affected.
Stranorlar, Convoy, Rossgier, and Ballindrait are all areas that have a considerble number of premises without power.
In the Moville area 93 customers are without power. It is hoped to have it restored by around 5.00 pm this evening.
Around 100 premises north of Rathmullan are without power with the resumption of service not expected until 9.00 pm.
And in the region of 70 premises are withouyt power near Milford, with an expected reconnection of supplies being forecast for 5.00 pm.
A further 46 customers between Trentagh and Kilmacrennan have no power. Again, it is hoped to have supplies back by 5.00 pm.
Kilcar, Carrick and Killybegs all have small pockets where people are without power. They are likely to be reconnected between 5.00 pm and 9.00 pm.
North Leitim and Sligo are also affected by power-cuts.
