Are you interested in learning more about positive mental health and managing stress and anxiety?

Two free workshops on Managing Stress will take place in Co. Donegal in March.

Both workshops are being organised by GROW, the community-based mental health organisation which holds weekly peer support group meetings across Co. Donegal, and will take place on March 7 in Buncrana and March 23 in Letterkenny.

The topics include: Understanding your mental health; Managing stress; Confidence and self-esteem; and GROW and how it works

The Buncrana Stress Management workshop will be held at 7.30p.m. on Tuesday, March 7 in The Exchange in Castle Avenue.

The Letterkenny workshop will get underway at 6.30p.m. on Thursday, March 23 in Letterkenny Community Development Project’s charity shop in the Courtyard Shopping Centre. Both workshops are free to attend and all are welcome.

GROW is Ireland's largest community-based mental health organisation and is aimed at promoting positive mental health and recovery.

GROW holds 120 peer support group meetings in communities across Ireland each week including Dungloe, Letterkenny, Buncrana, Stranorlar, Donegal town, Tulnaree and Killybegs. GROW meetings are open to those aged over 18 and are free to attend. For more details on GROW meetings see:
