Donegal will face continuing windy weather with further wintry showers this evening and early tonight but they will become isolated in the early hours of Monday morning.
The AA and An Garda Siochana is advising motorists to drive with care.
Winds will gradually moderate. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +2 degrees with widespread sharp frost and icy stretches.
It will be a bright cold start tomorrow with most areas dry in the morning. Increased cloud will bring rain and milder conditions as the day goes on with strengthening southerly winds.
Highest temperatures 7 to 11 degrees by evening.
