Glengad United's brave bid to get to the final of the FAI Junior Cup ended in disappointment today in Tipperary as they lost out 2-0 against St. Michael's.
There was little between the sides for much of the game.
Goals in either half from Jimmy Carr and Joe Mulcahy were enough to seal the result for the Munster side in front of a big crowd.
But the Inishowen side felt that they did not get the rub of the green and they were not happy with some of the decisions made by the match officials.

St. Michael's should now face the winners of Sheriff YC and Aisling Annacotty in the final.
However, that game is subject to appeals sent into the FAI from both Regional Utd and Westport Utd being resolved.
