Several key members of the Finn Harps side that won promotion to the Premier Division look set to be part of Ollie Horgan's plans for 2019.

Finn Harps will host a public ‘Information Briefing’ for the Letterkenny area tomorrow (Tuesday) in the Radisson Blu Hotel at 8.00.

Plans for the Premier Division and underage teams for next season will be unveiled as will ways that the Donegal sporting public can assist Finn Harps in continuing the success enjoyed by the club in 2018.

Senior team manager Ollie Horgan will be in attendance for the public briefing.

It is understood the talented defencer Sam Todd is back on board.

The Carndonagh man had a wonderful season with Harps, having come on loan from Derry City.

While Derry were interested in securing his signature again, his decision to opt for Harps is no real surprise given how well he fared with the Donegal club.

And the hope now is that Horgan will quickly put together the nucleus of a team for next season in the coming days and weeks.

However, it appears that former captain Ciaran Coll could be heading to Derry City.

All of last season's squad were out of contract at the end of last month, and Horgan has been speaking with numerous players in a bid to get the backbone of his squad nailed down before Christmas.

However, a number of Harps players who featured in 2018 are thought to be on the radar of several other clubs - and could be lured by the prospect of a bigger payday!

The new season begins on Friday, February 15th.

Meanwhile, a second Finn Harps public ‘Information Briefing’ for the south of the county will take place in St Catherine’s Clubhouse on Thursday night, December 6th at 8 p.m.

A video of the new stadium development will be shown.

Also plans for the Premier Division and underage teams for next season will be unveiled as will ways that the Donegal sporting public can assist Finn Harps in continuing the success enjoyed by the club in 2018.
