Dundalk FC's new man-of-the-moment is waking up today a happy man.

Georgie Kelly, who is from Inishowen, scored  a super goal as Dundalk beat Finn Harps in the second round of the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup at Oriel Park last night.

Having signed from UCD - where he was top scorer last season and this season - Kelly started for Dundalk who are still chasing a league and cup double.

He got the second goal for Dundalk in a 2-0 win.

After afterwards, he gave his thoughts on a memorable night for him to Dundalk FC.com

Battling Harps never gave up and Mark Timlin had a couple of decent strikes on goal but Dundalk were the deserved winners and really should have won by a bigger margin.

Their first half goal was a Ronan Murray strike.
