Saturday's Division 2A title decider can't come quick enough for Buncrana Reserves boss Tony O'Loughlin and his players.

The Hearts second string needed just a point against Gleneely to secure the title at Castle Park last Sunday, but the Colts earned themselves a play-off after a thrilling encounter that ended 4-3 for Gavin McLaughlin's side.

The two sides will face off again at Maginn Park to decide this year's title, and O'Loughlin insists he'll not have to do much to motivate his players.

He told the Inish Times: "The way the Gleneely boys celebrated at the end, you would have thought the league was over and that for them it's just a matter of turning up for the play-ff.

"I think that got our boys' backs up a bit, and to be honest they would have been happy to have played it the very next day they were so fired up.

"They're chomping at the bit to get out there now."

Buncrana Reserves v Gleneely Colts, Maginn Park, Saturday, 5pm.
