St. Eunan's are celebrating after they defeated Glenswilly by 0-9 to 0-6 to win the Raidio na Gaeltachta Senior Football Championship at MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey.

St. Eunan's led by three points at one stage in the first half of a low scoring game on a heavy pitch before a crowd of around 6,000.

Michael Murphy sent over a free on level the scores at four points each before St. Eunan's scored again to lead 0-5 to 0-4 at the break.

St. Eunan's always just about had the edge and in the end won by three points.

John Haran, one of the veterans on the Letterkenny side, was named as man of the match.
