Four members of Donegal Town RFC have been selected to play for Ulster Rugby teams!

Joanne McCormack, from Donegal Town RFC Ladies, has been selected for The Ulster Senior Ladies Squad. Joanne only began playing rugby 2 years ago and her selection for the Ulster squad has been described as a ‘massive achievement’ by ladies coach Gareth McMurray, who has said he is ‘hugely proud’ of this achievement.

Another two young Donegal Town RFC players have also been selected for the Ulster U-17 development squad - Matthew McClay and Alex Boyd. While Mark Gillespie has been chosen to be part of the U-18 squad for next season’s Inter-Pros.

Congratulations to them all!
