The North West Words June Arts Night will to take place this Thursday. North West Words is a monthly reading series in Donegal. Events are on the last Thursday of each month in Florence Food Co. in Letterkenny.

This month’s readers feature a Canadian award winning poet, Kelly Norah Drukker and a diverse group of authors from all over the world called the Inch Island Writers.

Kelly Norah Drukker is an award-winning poet who was born in Montreal, Canada. She grew up in the Laurentian region of Quebec. Her work as an English teacher has brought her to Switzerland, France, and the UK, and she has spent close to a year living in Ireland, on the island of Inis Moìr.

Kelly’s first collection of poems, Small Fires (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2016), won the A.M.
